This policy describes what Foil Labs collects when you use Foil, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account details you give us (email, username), transaction history (packs ripped, pulls, sell-backs, shipments), shipping addresses when you request a card, and product analytics about how the app is used (screens viewed, taps, device type).

How we use it

To run the product: allocating inventory to your pulls, processing payments and sell-backs, shipping cards, preventing fraud and abuse, and improving the app. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that make Foil work: payment processing, shipping carriers, cloud hosting, and analytics. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Retention

Transaction records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes. Analytics data is kept in aggregate. You can request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to those obligations.

Your choices

You can access, correct, or delete your account information by contacting us. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
