Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of Foil, the app and website operated by Foil Labs. By creating an account or ripping a pack you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Foil.

What Foil is

Foil sells digital pack openings backed by real, physical trading cards held in our vault. Every pack belongs to a drop with a fixed inventory and published odds. When you rip a pack, the cards you pull are allocated to you from that inventory.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Foil. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

Purchases and pulls

Pack prices, odds, and remaining inventory are shown before you buy. All rips are final once the reveal begins. The cards you pull are yours: keep them in your binder, request shipping of the physical card, or sell them back at the quoted price.

Sell-back and shipping

Sell-back quotes are shown before you confirm and may change with the market after any quoted hold window expires. Shipping requests are fulfilled from the vault to the address you provide; risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.

Fair play

Do not exploit bugs, automate gameplay, misrepresent your identity, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with vaulted cards shipped or bought back at fair value.

Disclaimers

Card market values shown in the app are estimates, not guarantees. Foil is provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law. Foil is not affiliated with any card publisher.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
